My Fostex 812(8) Mixer

Knobs broken on the first channel module

All the slider caps are missing

The side part isn't securely attached, but doesn't fall off

Here is the corner where it's broken

All of the outputs and inputs work great

The mute lights all work also

And the display works nicely
